We’ll begin by setting clear intentions then guided by the spirit of Cacao we will open into our heart chakra, inviting love and abundance into every area of our lives. To deepen the connection to your inner self, we will take you through a breathwork practice designed to clear the mind, activate your energy centers, and amplify the power of your intentions. With each breath, you will release what no longer serves you, making space for new opportunities and alignment with your soul’s path.

From breath, we transistion seamlessly into a space of stillness and sound. Be swept away by the healing tones of sound bowls, gong, drone flutes, shamanic drums, channeled vocals, chimes and other instruments. The vibrations will work to clear energetic blockages, restore balance, and integrate the full practice. The rich tones will create a sonic cocoon around you, promoting deep healing and inner peace. As the sounds wash over you, you’ll feel the layers of stress, tension, and old patterns melt away, making space for new growth and transformation.
