Welcome to our Life Drawing event! You’re invited to join us for a relaxed and social afternoon session of drawing and sipping on your complimentry glass of biodynamic wine or concious mocktail.
Materials are provided but you’re welcome to bring your own should you prefer. No matter your experience - expert or never picked up a pencil, we can't wait to see you there!
Take time for yourself and enjoy a few hours of creativty, this session will have a mixture of short and long poses.
What’s included?
Art materials: Drawing boards, charcoal, pencils and paper are included. You’re very welcome to bring your own.
Professional nude model(s) male and female form: You’ll receive quick 2-5 minute drawing prompts to get those creative juices flowing, after those short poses you’ll have the time to explore your own creative style.
Schedule:
3pm: Please arrive 5 minutes early. Introduction followed by warm-up poses (prompted).
3:40pm: Longer poses, get into the flow.
4pm: Short break
4:15pm: Continue longer poses.
4:45pm: Finish up!
5pm: Event ends.
Accessibility: Stairs to access the beautiful studio space located on a lower ground floor (5 steps).
You'll have the opportunity to move around the space to change your perspective throughout the session. We will be using the studio's bolsters, blocks and chairs to sit on.
Refund policy: Tickets are non-refundable. Can't make it? Feel free to sell/ transfer your ticket to someone else. Or you can transfer your ticket to another date up to 3 months from the event booked.
This session is designed to promote taking time out for yourself in a calm and friendly environment, let your creativity let loose and free your mind.
Meet your hosts: Kelly Mason & Amber Hildreth
Kelly and Amber are both Artists in their own right: Kelly’s prolific creativity flows throughout her professional career and use of colour evokes a sense of calm and wellness. Amber, an artist who creates a warm and welcoming environment, draws on her background in ceramics and animation to bring a dynamic and engaging approach to her work.
