Last Saturday of every month from 6pm Experience Sound Bath Meditations like no other. Monthly themes and visual sets to heighten your senses on this magical journey into Sound Meditation.

Authentic instruments from India, China, Turkey, Armenia, Turkmenistan and France are used during the session taking a slightly different approach to Sound Healing.

Yelena will take you collectively through your journey of sound while encouraging and guiding you on your own experience and your own healing journey throughout each session.

Expect a fusion of conventional Sound bath instruments such as gong, singing bowls and chimes with traditional Indian and Chinese instruments such as Shruti box, ceremonial shankah, Meditation bell, Chinese harp, Sitar and more…

Music has always been a big part in Yelena’s life. She has travelled throughout many countries immersing herself into their music, rituals and approach to Yoga. It helped her create a unique approach to facilitating these spiritual and powerful experiences.

Yelena believes that being a Teacher comes from within, when she felt ready to share her passion and love for Sound Therapy she began conducting the sessions around Cheshire where she began to receive life changing feedback from her loyal clients.
